What is a deaf child supposed to do nowadays?

Almost every toy on the shelves have electronic voices, music,
or sounds. I tried to play leapfrog but I simply couldn't
follow it.

The same goes for this toy that I tried to play with my son.

I have left these devices for my hearing children to
figure out!
