The iceline trail is directly across from this. The trail starts from the same parking area as the falls but climbs up the opposite side of the valley and then traverses below a ridge of rock, glaciers and mountains above. The trail crosses an area that was covered by Glaciers less than a century ago!

I am not sure I will post any pictures from that direction since they were not that good.

Most of the people come to look at the Falls which you can see as you drive in, or take a short walk.

As you can see from those pictures and the trees in this picture the Glacier and Falls are much bigger than they first appear. The guidebook's map shows that Daly Glacier as being a small part of the Waputik Icefield!
