I turned 40 this day
(and WHY is it that the song
'It's the end of the world as we
know it' HAD to be playing when I got
up this morning??? It's been stuck in my
mind since!)


My grade level teachers..
pulled a fast one on me..
and surprised me with this
during the last half hour of
the day..

The kids had a blast watching me
attempt to break my FIRST pinata ever..
(hmm.. was that 40 or 04?)
And that basketball pole behind it..
I don't recommend hitting that by mistake
unless you really enjoy those
Wily E Coyote moments.

heh.. twas a lot of fun tho.
