Isn't it Bocce ball? Not sure of the spelling, but pronounced, Bochee... I think. They try to throw the ball as close to the small one as possible without hitting it. There is also a strategy of pushing others' attempts out further away from it... I think that is the game.
Once again, I took this picture of these individuals with out a worry in the world playing this street game. I am just glad they did not throw the led ball at me when I took this picture.
Does anybody know the name of this game?
