Feeling Nostalgic
20D's out for cleaning, etc. so I got my Sony fired up.
I wanted to try the macro mode so I just pulled some things together, didn't put much effort into it and took a couple shots. After uploading I realized just how special the items are to me.
The brass vase in the background held flowers at our wedding and the doily was a wedding gift...made by a very dear lady that is now 93. The tea cup belonged to my grandmother
(I remember how excited I was when she let me pick one from her collection) and the "social" card holder was my great-grandmother's.
Very nice memories for my pad today.
