This image might have been stronger, I think, with a horizontal frame to help emphasize that sense of movement. I also can only see a fragment of the reflection, which makes me wonder if there might have been an even more expressive image lurking here, given the potential for a doubly uprooted tree and perhaps even a doubly blurred woman? A few steps back, or a wider focal length, and you would have found out.
