Looks like a well-equipped news photog. 1D body and 70-200 lens - better equipped than most, for sure.

I just recently figured out how to connect the hand strap and the neck strap at the same time. So simple but it took me forever it was like one of those torture chain linked puzzels. I am not the brightest star in the sky. Nice shot of the pro in action.
