I like the abstraction and incongruity offered by the flying water. The people watching this guy trying to drive across this "river" offer incongruous contrast as well. The white vehicle behind it makes a confusing merger, however. You can clean up the cluttered background by cropping the image from the top, making it a long horizontal and stressing the horizontal movement of the truck.
