the optomism and attitude of youth no matter what.very important for traditional values.But how many of the typhoon series can you publish? I would drop this one in preference for the single youth running if space is limited in your book.
An exellent image of kids having fun in the rain -- not really an image expressing the effects of a typhoon on a city. I like the way each child reacts in a differnt way, and how the reflection of the kid in the rear extends forward to link him to the other children.
