I find self-portraits to be very difficult. It's hard to not have them look silly...but every so often, silly is the goal.
I'm in Grand Cayman right now volunteering for Stay-Focused, a non-profit organization that provides an adaptive SCUBA diving program for teenagers with paraplegia ( www.stay-focused.org ). It is always a wonderful experience for me. Today, the four participants explored a new World, breathing underwater for the first time. I will also be exploring new frontiers, learning to use my DSLR underwater.
