This is normally a street - temporarily turned into a venue for a concert during the annual George Street Festival in St. John's, Newfoundland. The bandstand is a permanent facility. This festival runs for seven consecutive nights. After about 10PM, whereever you are is pretty well where you must remain until the concert ends - unless you enjoy squeezing between bums, bellies and boobs ;-)

Jerry, this is an interesting take on the theme. I especially like the way light reflects off all those attentive faces...looks like they're really enjoying the concert. Like sardines in a can, this street is sure packed with a lot of "bums, bellies, and boobs", as you put it :) MFC
