It's in the mid 80's and the water temperature of the lake is about 80 degrees F.
So why is this girl wearing rubber waders?
She works for the county, and measures the water quality every morning, to determine
if the water is safe for swimming.
I guess she doesn't want to come into contact with anything icky, if the test fails.
