We attended the memorial dedication for three, Lassen Forest, Engine 11 USFS firefighters
who perished on July 28, 2002. Our dearly loved and missed longtime friend, Steve Oustad,
was one of the three. It was a long day of driving, photo shooting and being around friends.

A sad occassion but a wonderful candid. The way her head is bowed adds to the gravity of the memorial.
