The rainy, gray sky and wet deck actually give a nice perspective on the bridge not often seen in photographs (but often seen in person!). I like what it does for the shot. The orange cones are the only distracting element...but those are not at all in your control, so no demerits for that! I've dealt with the same problem numerous times...a great shot, but you just have to accept a little interference. Well worth it for this one, I think.
