July 26: Shooting and Reading

Colorado Springs, CO

While this shot does accurately capture my morning activities, I also want to tell you that it forced me to practice my photographic skills:
1) Mount camera on tripod
2) Take light meter reading
3) Set manual controls
4) Shoot
5) Reshoot with smaller aperture to get desired DOF
6) Load RAW file in PS
7) Fix color balance
8) Crop
9) Post
10) Back to my reading.

BTW, I am enjoying this extra-wide angle lens.

Man Robin, what long legs you have. Wonderful shot that borders on the risque.

Think of all the exercise you got running back and forth to the tripod. Love it!
Guest 27-Jul-2005 16:49
Oooooh, this is great! You might want to wash the bottom
of your feet soon! Haha!
Guest 27-Jul-2005 11:38
BTW, is that a case for a 70-200 back there on the counter?
Guest 27-Jul-2005 11:37
Looks like all those skills and activities must have really worn you out! Don't stress yourself, OK? Especially with all that heat out there. Nice job!

ROFL! Good thing you don't have 11 toes!
So how's the book-I figured our generation would never know the real identity. Bet it's fascinating.

Are those letters really tattooed on your toes?
My 10-22 was delivered today, the DHL man thought I was goofy when I ran out to his truck and babbled like a fool.
