Thank you Mike and Katherine for your comments. My office is actually on the upper floor of a large shopping mall; this is a picture of the outer common area that we can see from our windows. But I had to laugh about the "bright, airy" place to work comment because, while our room (the copy editors) sort of looks out on this scene, we have absolutely no air conditioning, so in Ankara's soaring summer temperatures we really sweat it out (literally). It is a nice view, though :-). Helen

Helen, I really like your line-up of glass and steel here, especially set against that clear, blue sky. The pattern formed by this line-up reminds me of a long-legged spider. Well composed, cropped, and clear...nice catch of light on the main structure. What a bright, airy place to work in! Nice shot. MFC
