That's a great looking bike, but it's not a time trial bike...it's a track bike. Track bikes are fixed gear and look very similar to time trial bikes in a lot of ways. The most notable difference is the fact that it only has one gear and the other is the drop from the saddle to the bars. You try riding that sort of drop in a time trial and you'll have to have your back replaced at the end of the ride. :p
