2 July
Elvis

What could be nicer than a watching Elvis Costello, while having a picnic. Well a bit of summer sun would have helped! The concert was great but it was a little cool - but at least I had a jacket to wear last time I did something like this I ended up wrapped in the picnic blanket it was so cold.

Several hours have passed & the news of London events have unfolded to bring little joy.
Knowing you travel by bus has me veryconcerned, but I'mm hoping your on holiday & safe.
My heart goes out to all in London & Londoners who's bravery is very evident with every image. Another sad sad day..

Gail!!! I just woke up and saw the news about the explosions on the subway and the bus... apparently it was at the peak of rush hour! Let us know that you're ok!!!

Nice shot!
My brother-in-law would love to have been there.
He's a die-hard EC fan.

Glad you enjoyed your evening...I always have to sing along to 'Oliver's Army' which causes my family to cover their ears!

We used to go to the concerts at Kenwood a few times a year - great when the sun is out but a bit chilly when it disappears!

Sounds fun Gail, a bit cool here as well after
a lot of heat. We're getting ready to celebrate our
Independence from a little island country tomorrow : )
