Good image Chris. I like the symmetry, lines and detail of the manmade structure against the randomness of the clouds and the constant sea. However, as you took this one before the entry period, I've moved it to the Exhibition gallery. However, along with the other elements, the myriad of blues in the roof and sky provide a welcome variation on the theme. John

There's a lot to like in this photo: the light and tonality, the combination of the greenish blues and the silver of the spike and the golden of the base (I won't comment on composition because probably you needed to reach the end of the Wide angle) . The weird man-made form against the wild sky and the infinite prairie, makes it look uncanningly fantastic. Too bad it's not eligible for voting (I think) :P.igb
