Without a doubt there is an emotion, instinct or whatever you want to call it that will rise up within us when we encounter a newborn. It happens to me. This morning I met a mother and one of her friends as they shared a coffee. But what is really happening is the woman holding Charles is getting here fix of that emotion, instinct or whatever we call it by holding a newborn. Plus the mother was getting her fix for coffee. And, finally, Charles has just finished getting his fix of milk and is about ready for a nice long nap. Sweet dreams Charles!
