I know which church you're talking about...It's not the 300 steps St.Joseph Oratoire. I'm not worthy to go for a pilgrimage. This church, is the smaller version of the St.Peter's Basilica in Rome.....but this church is dedicated to the Popes and Cardinals of Quebec. The name of the church in French is "Cathedral Marie du Rhone"
