Another hot, oppressive day. And then this evening the sky started growling,
nasty, huge growls like a dog that's a lot bigger then me. Then the rain came
thudding down, and there were flashes of light everywhere.
I went to hide in Dad's bedroom and I wouldn't come out. The rain and lightning
have stopped, but the sky is still growling.
