#162 Edinburgh Castle From Princes Street Gardens

We had a day in town today and had a picnic lunch in Princes Street Gardens.
Princes Street is Ednburgh's main shopping street, it is unique in having shops only on one side and Pinces Street Gardens overlooked by Edinburgh Castle on the other side.
Its a lovely place to be on a sunny Saturday.

Beautiful image, like the bird on top of the fountain. Remember going to a German Bier Fest there and I am sure the fountain was working then - at least it kept filling up.
