10062005 curiosity

(aka the inevitable "fisheye dog nose" shot)

Dad came back from the shops with a rustly bag containing a "nikon" box today.
He seemed more interested in the new lens than in me.
The lens doesn't smell very interesting. Apparently it's not edible.
So what's all the fuss about?


(Dad: i know this isn't sharp - i need more practice with the new toy. LOL!)

I don't know, I think it's great. There's a sense of movement here... maybe because I know how quick a shot like this can disappear! Nice.
