You might think that Kona is trying to escape from one of Washington, DC's frequent
afternoon thunderstorms. In fact, however, he's just looking for a shady spot in
which to cool off after a walk on a hot day. We didn't bother telling him that it's
not any cooler under the bed than anywhere else in our bedroom.
