Young egrets begging for food from mom at the Palo Alto Bird Sanctuary.

There were a lot of clumsy young egrets jumping and flying from palm frond to palm frond. They also
make a funny croaking sound as they scream at each other.

There were also a pair of young Night Crowned Night Heron waiting patiently for mom.
