In this beautiful historic town in southern Colorado where Bat Matterson was once sheriff, many of the streets are paved with the famous "Trinidad" bricks.
Trinidad is also known as "the sex change capital of the world" and home to Dr. Stanley Biber, pioneering surgeon. Dr. Biber, now in his 80's, has performed 3,800 sex-change operations at the 70-bed Mount San Rafael Hospital over the last 30 years.
