Vesak Day

Young monks in the Vesak Day celebrations in Kuching, Malaysia on Sunday.

Vesak is the major Buddhist festival of the year as it celebrates the birth, enlightenment and death of the Buddha on one day, the first full moon day in May.

superb environmental portrait....great light, dof and composition. pity about the plant - it gives a funny look to the second child in the bg. overall still an awesome image.
