I haven't posted for a while. I also haven't done much picture taking for a while. I did just recently get a BetterBeamer flash extender and took some time to try it out. I was pleased with the result and wanted to share my findings. This picture was taken on a cloudy day. There were no shadows. You might notice the folage in the background is under exposed while the subject is not. That would be the result of using the BetterBeamer. You might also notice the subject is not very close. It doesn't fill the frame even with a 400mm lens, 1.4x teleconverter, and the Dreb's 1.6 crop factor. I think I will enjoy the BetterBeamer here in the cloudy northwest.
