The lady with Chico is Evelyn Jefferson (no relation to Teddy Jefferson). Mrs. Jefferson lived in 70 Amsterdam Avenue #10B. She had three sons: Ronald, James "Foobie," and the youngest is Keith.

Mrs. Jefferson, a very sweet lady. I remember her... I always said to myself how classy she was and I wanted to be just like her when I grown up. She definitely was a mentor to me during my younger years. Has three lovely sons! And I must say she raised them all well. Phillis from 50 Amsterdam.
