Skye -> Inverness -> Aberdeen
We had decided the night before, after being quoted ludicrous prices in Portree for a hotel room,
to camp. When we woke up we could literally see a wall of rain moving towards the campsite. So at
frantic pace we packed up the tent, and recommenced the tour of the island.
This is a shot of Skye’s Cuillin’s shot over the old stone bridge at Sligachan (slee-ga-chin,
gaelic for shelly place, it sits on a sea loch). As you can see the weather wasn't really kind to
the camera. The contrast between bright sky and the dark peaty heather, really had the Oly struggling.
