Thank you for the lovely images. They bring back fond memories of my childhood. My mother is English and my father was from Kansas USA. We were stationed at Bentwaters AFB in 1968-1970. We lived in Framlingham for some time. I always loved living there.

Catherine, That sounds so romantic.
However, John Constable, was born in Suffolk. I think that you might find this site interesting.http://www.abcgallery.com/C/constable/constablebio.html
He always painted such marvellous skys, I have tried to capture those sky effects in my Suffolk photographs.

Ken, I don't know whether Shelley and Keats ever visited this area, but it sure looks like a place where they would have spread a blanket, sipped wine and written poetry. Really beautiful shot.
