The Broadband should have been connected today. But it wasn't. BT came round to 'un share' our line, a job that needs to be done before the ADSL can be switched on at the exchange. But the guys that did the work today don't know anything about ADSL... that's all handled by a different department. And it seems that BT, a communications company, have terrible problems communicating with themselves. So. We still don't have a Broadband connection at the cottage, but on the up side our dial-up is no longer capped at 28.8K. Fantastic. We now have a connection as good as I had back in, what 1997...
