This young woman is a really,truly,genuinely gifted distance runner. I tried to portray her smooth,fluid motion by dropping the ISO as low as it would go, to 100, and selecting f/6.3,which was yielding a nice 1/25th second exposure. A VR lens helps when doing panning shots.
