It's a very nice shot of a great subject, nice detail too...
- how would you go by maybe lowering the camera and moving back a tad to keep a similar angle to remove the litter from the shot and either defusing the flash or bouncing it off a gold reflective umbrella to warm it up a tad as the pink and white areas look just a little over exposed and that in my humble opinion is the part you want to be perfect...
