Trail running with water bottle and camera ( or from the ridiculous to the sublime ! :o) )

Another double PaD upload. The lower being a shot from a few days ago which is so-so
and the upper a SP taken also a few days back with my S50 on my trail run which I do, monopod in hand.
The SP is achieved by jamming the pointy end of the monopod into the ground, setting the timer,
running back to the front of the camera and hoping no one comes around the trail
to observe this bizarre going-on. A couple of elderly ladies walking the trail came perilously close
a couple of times but with my blazing speed I managed to stay ahead of them :o)

cool SP, i do exactly the same on my bike, wedge it on a rock/tree/bush set timer and try and time the ride right

Great SP and LOL at your comments regarding being observed. I imagine it would look a little strange. They'd probably just hurry on by you. :)
