So much works well here, it's hard to know where to start. But The Woman, obviously. Then the composition -- the partial faces of the men in the bottom right and bottom left corners which would almost fit together like a jigsaw puzzle (okay, I was never to good at matching; often breaking the puzzle pieces in my attempts), and then the other women. So maybe I was looking at the wrong one to start with. Excellent picture.
