Trucker came to us. She lived down the road and would run away from home. Her owner would come get her only to open the door to her car and have her run right back up the hill to our house. Finally she just let her stay with us. She loved to ride and would jump right into the back of the truck over the side. Hence the name we gave her. We lost her in late October 2002 to cancer she was only 7 years old. We buried her in her favorite spot and planted a pine tree for her to be under.
