I saw the title and wondered, "I've never seen that part of Newport Beach."
Then I saw it wasn't the California version!
Simply gorgeous photo. I can't get over how perfect the geometry is, with the three verticals of the trees split by the ocean and land and grass horizontals, then the benches so nicely positioned between the trees.

when nobody is looking, the seats might move a little closer. Very romantic even with no people.
