Tailed Jay eggs

Their eggs are a pale yellow and laid singly on the leaves of a foodplant.
These eggs were removed from the back of my shirt where a staff member noticed them being deposited.
Many female butterflys will lay eggs anywhere if they are burdened with them. However, if eggs are
fertile and hatch, the larva will only survive if they can quickly find their specific host plant.

Scientific Name: Graphium agamemnon (also Papilio agamemnon)
Common Name: Tailed Jay (aka - Green Spotted Triangle; Green Triangle Kite; Tailed Green Jay
