Meet Corinne, a new climbing partner.
We hit the Gunks today, one of the best of the year! The sun was out all day and the temperatures allowed the wearing of t-shirts and shorts without being too hot or too cold. I felt like I was "co-existing" with the weather.
I had a fantastic day. Corinne and I climb well together. We managed to work up two tough climbs (tough for me, at least), Directissima and Modern Times Direct. The day was filled with big roofs and lots of exposure.
There was also time for relaxing,talking and watching falcons fly by bellow us. I had a wonderful time spending the day with Corinne. We have lots of adventures ahead of us and I hope that each one will be more fulfilling than the last.
