As for the speed, it's about 40 kph. Normally traffic zips along at about 120, but there's a new mall with lots of construction a little further north, and the rush hour slowdown was just starting up.

You didn't mention where this is. From where I am, I can see this is FAST rather than slow. No bumper to bumper traffic.
