This photo was taken on Christmas Day, 2003 when it was -16 degree farenheit. The ice below it was quite dark and the shade from the sun came off as nearly navy blue. It was featured on Channel 9 Weather in Wausau, Wisconsin. This is a scanned photo. I hope to scan the negative to get a crisper look.
