Well done Tom. You have done a great job getting the humour through to the viewer, not an easy task.

Very nice! and what an innovative idea! Since you explained the whole thing now, I realize the efforts you had to take for this picture. If you get a little more time and would like to, then you could align direction of the shadows of your nose with the shadows of the shirt collar and chin IMHO. But you don't have to. The composition as is works very well :-) Good job. Cat

I did it before I left for work this morning. Set-up and took shots from 3 or 4 shows (10 minutes), I was going to do a cartoon, but this Three Stooges episode appeared and I thought it might work. Edited in PSE2 (20 minutes)... that took so long because the steam wasn't lined up with my ears and I had to do a lot of cloning in that area. Came out better than I thought it would.... may have to do some of my wife on Bay Watch!

Tom, that seems a lot of work! how long did it take you to do all that.

Too funny. You're obviously having a lot of fun with your camera and computer...and doing it quite well.

I couldn't get a good TV image with a flash, so I took a shot without flash (shot of Curly with steam out his ears). Then I took a shot with flash to get the cabinet well lit. Then I took a shot of me standing in front with flash. Trimmed my head out, trimmed the screen out, and merged the three shots, converted me to B&W (the show was already B&W). All on a tripod with 2 sec. delay.

Very nice! Would you explain the steps you did?
