What works really well with faked moon shots is to convert your moon shot to greyscale, making sure the black sky behind it is perfectly black, and then drag it onto your color photo with the blending mode set to Screen. It'll blend a little better than the method you used here. Also to keep in mind: make sure the moon's brightest area is pointing toward the sun (which you've mostly done).
