I took the Iwo Jima memorial at 8:10pm. The light came from very strong spotlights, so I chose Incandescent White Balance. I used settings of ISO 400, -2.0ev, Fine Extra, 1/5sec., f/2.8. The lens was set at 30mm equiv. No noise reduction was used.
