Yesterday before going to work, I took a walk in the Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge. The maples still are in seed.

This is beautiful, Paul. I find the swamp maples especially beautiful this year. Rather than a rusty red many of them are pink red--perhaps all the rain had something to do with it.
