Taiwan people like to read books, there are many bookstores with cafe that in Taiwan. PAGEONE in Taipei 101 Tower which claimed to be the Asia Number One bookstore in terms of books (全亞洲藏書最多的書店在台北101大廈裡) and also a street of bookstores (重慶南路書局街) in Taipei.

This BookStore 誠品書店敦南店 is one of the Bookstore Chain in Taipei which operated 24 hours with cafe for people to stay and read ... I spent quite couple of hours there too...
