- 8th March 2005 - Spire

Inspired (oops sorry:)) by Robbie's fantastic Dx2 shot I thought I'd try a night spire shot. Mmmmm not bad but I probably should buy one of those Dx2's just to be sure (dreams, dreams dreams).

Networking meeting tonight over in Stockport. Another church shot, and then home...

Home sweet home

Reverse tryptich (out of focus, but the thought's there!)

All hand-held in case you wondered... nice this image stabilisation stuff. Should have got te tripod out I know!

Applied for 6 jobs today :)

Nikon Coolpix 8800
2s f/3.7 at 29.3mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

I like the tilted composition of this. Good luck with the job applications!

The thumb seemed to open from the top right, angling with the spire. I was wierded out for a few seconds! Good Night shots!

Great angle and perfect lighting. This is very beautiful composed Ian. I like the warm color on that steeple.

Nice lighting and composition - a lot more interesting at that angle than receding straight up the middle of the frame.

Gorgeous shots! I really love the colours of the light and how they play a role in your composition.
