This was taken on the Grizzly Downhill run which was used
for the Mens Downhill races at the 2002 Olympics. This is one
broad section of steep, and most who came down (including
the photographer) opted to traverse it several times instead
of simply directly pointing one's skis towards the lowest elevation.
The size of the skier gives quite a dramatic sense of scale.
